Complete Application Form

Acknowledge of Application
Once you have submitted your application, GABE Admission Team will acknowledge receipt of your application by phone or email within two working days.

Application Review
GABE Admission Team will review your application to confirm you meet our requirements. If so, you will then be asked to complete an interview as part of the review process.

Confirmation of Application
Interviews are usually completed over the phone with a member of the Academic Team. The purpose of the interview is to get to know you better, hear about your future plans, understand why you are interested in the course, any particular papers you like and your understanding of the internship program.

Payment of Fees
Grace Academy of Business and Engineering College will issued an invoice for the balance of your first year tuition fees, due prior to the commencement date. On payment of this invoice you will be issued with a receipt of payment.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
What do I need to have completed before I can apply to study this course?
General Entry Requirements:
– To enter N4 – Grade 12, (with related subjects and 40% pass) N3 Certificate or equivalent qualification
– To enter N5 – N4 Certificate, 4 related subjects or equivalent qualification.
– To enter N6 – N5 Certificate or equivalent qualification.
You must have passed the following subjects at school:
– Mathematics/Mathematics Literacy.
– English Language
– Life orientation.
– Any other related subject per desired course.
National Diploma Requirements:
The criteria for application for the National N-Diploma are:
– Upon the completion of a minimum of 4 subjects completed at each level ( N4-N6) of certification..
– A minimum of 2 years ( Engineering studies) and 18 months ( management and humanities studies) of practical experience in the field of study.
COURSE DURATION: How long will it take to complete the qualification?
– Minimum of 18 months to complete N4-N6 as our programs are designed for semesters for newly matriculated candidates, however course may also take 1 year if candidate chooses trimesters upon consulting with one of our student advisors.
– 2 years Practical Work experience in industry for a National N-Diploma ( Engineering Studies).
– 18 month practical work experience in industry for a National N-diploma ( Management and Humanities Studies).
